Welcome
to Bassillica Fishing Charters, sea and river fishing
charters on the South Coast of Devon and located on the
river Dart in Dartmouth.
Our skippers have been charter fishing out of Dartmouth
for a number of years, giving him the extensive local
knowledge and experience to provide a fun and safe trip
and the expertise to find and catch the fish. Rods, reels
and bait are available as well as light refreshments of
hot and cold drinks and packed lunchs can be arranged
for your sea fishing trip.
Our boat the Bassillica, one of the largest charter fishing
boats in Dartmouth is a 33 foot fast Lochin, licensed
for 10 anglers is powered by a Sabre 280c engine which
can cruise at 15 knots to get you to your catch fast.
It is specifically designed and equipped for charter fishing
including fly bridge, video sonar, radar and global positioning
system (GPS) and is equipped for chartered fishing including
the state of the art Lowrance navigation equipment. For
your comfort, full stand-up restroom facilities are on
board.
You will be fishing the the Skerries and channel wrecks
off the coast of Dartmouth for a wide variety of species
including:

Plaice,
Turbot,
Cod,
Mackeral,
Wrasse,
Conger Eel,
Codling,
Whiting,
Gunnard.
Bassillica,
is in operation from March to early October. We welcome
all groups from individuals to party and corporate bookings.
